Do you think it is important for people to eat breakfast every day?

I think that it is important for people to eat breakfast everyday. I have two reasons. First, in my case, if I do not have breakfast, I do not feel fine throughout the day. It is true for many people. Second, eating breakfast is the time to communicate with my family for me. It will be the same for many students or workers. That is why I believe eating breakfast everyday is important. (73 words)

　第1の理由は、私の場合、朝食を食べないと元気が出ないということです。これは多くの人にも当てはまると思います。第2の理由は、私にとって、朝食の時間は家族とコミュニケーションをとる機会だからです。学生や社会人の多くの人にも当てはまると思います。そういうわけで、毎日朝食を食べることは重要だと思います。
